Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for Residential Educational Institutions Societies Recruitment:

1. Where can I find Latest Notifications to submit online Applications?    

Visit http://tspsc.gov.in and click on website link. Click on Direct Recruitment link under Candidate Services.

2. Why is it most important to first update and check OTR?    

One time registration is mandatory for all candidates who are applying for TSPSC exams for the first time. OTR facilitates the candidate for auto population of data to reduce the data entry every time while applying for any suitable post in TSPSC.

3. If I don't have One Time Registration (OTR) then what shall I do?    

Please register for OTR first to proceed for Application Filling. If you do not have OTR, the system redirects to register for OTR.

4. Why my Aadhaar details are not displayed correctly?    

Aadhaar data is fetched from State Resident Data Hub (SRDH). There is some lag time to update data from CIDR (Central Identity Data Repository) of UIDAI to SRDH.

5. Why my SSC details are not displayed?    

Board of Secondary Education has electronic data since 2004.

6. Why my Intermediate details are not displayed?    

Board of Intermediate Education has electronic data since 2001.

7. How do I check if my transaction was successful?    

To view the Application and Payment status, Click Check Status link and enter the details TSPSC ID, DOB and Verification Code.

8. Why is my bill desk payment unsuccessful?    

There could be multiple reasons for unsuccessful transaction, such as User might abort the transaction, insufficient balance, invalid user access, inactive account/card or credentials. There might be some issues with network where the actual status of the transaction may break in between.
